Shanxi Installation Confirms Unchanged Share Structure and Adequate Public Float in May 2026

Shanxi Installation Group Co., Ltd. reported no movements in either authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 May 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 June 2026.

Total authorised share capital remained at RMB 1.37 billion, comprising:

• H-shares: 373.49 million shares at a par value of RMB 1 each, unchanged from the previous month.

• Domestic shares: 1.00 billion shares at a par value of RMB 1 each, also unchanged.

Issued share capital likewise stayed constant: 373.49 million H-shares and 1.00 billion domestic shares were outstanding, with no treasury shares on record.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% for its H-share class.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the period.

All requisite confirmations under Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Executive Director Ren Rui, affirming adherence to listing rules and regulatory obligations.
