Standard Chartered PLC (abbrev. “Standard Chartered”) has secured admission for its EUR 1.00 billion 3.934 percent Fixed Rate Reset Notes due 2032 (ISIN: XS3381221525) on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, effective 28 May 2026.
The Notes were issued under the group’s USD 77.50 billion debt issuance programme arranged by Standard Chartered PLC and Standard Chartered Bank. Pricing was finalised in final terms dated 26 May 2026, following the base prospectus of 23 April 2026 and subsequent supplements on 30 April and 19 May 2026.
The securities carry a fixed coupon of 3.934 percent until the first reset date and will thereafter reset in accordance with terms detailed in the published Final Terms and Prospectus, both now available on the FCA and London Stock Exchange websites.
