TradeGo FinTech Limited has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, detailing a small but notable shift in share capital structure driven by the release of treasury shares into circulation. Key data points follow.

• Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each, representing HK$20.00 million in authorised capital.

• Issued share base (excluding treasury shares) increased by 6.85 million to 713.79 million. The transfer was executed on 3 July 2026 as a consideration issue priced at HK$0.886 per share, previously approved at the 20 August 2025 general meeting.

• Correspondingly, treasury shares declined by 6.85 million to 36.21 million. Total issued shares—including treasury stock—remained constant at 750.00 million.

• TradeGo confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%.

• The company’s 2018 Share Option Scheme continues to hold 10.00 million outstanding options, with capacity for an additional 40.00 million shares to be issued under future grants. No options were granted, exercised, cancelled, or lapsed during the month, and no funds were raised.

The July movements marginally expanded TradeGo’s tradable share pool while leaving overall issued capital intact, preserving both liquidity and compliance metrics.
