(YIBIN BANK) will convene its 2025 annual general meeting at 15:00 on Thursday, 25 June 2026, in the third-floor conference room of Kelton Hotel, Yibin, Sichuan Province, China. Shareholders registered by the close of business on 25 June 2026 are eligible to attend and vote; the share register will be closed from 22 June 2026 to 25 June 2026, inclusive.
