Lendlease Global Commercial REIT names new Chairperson and Executive Director

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT announced board changes on Jun, 30 2026.

The trust’s manager has appointed Penelope Jane Ransom, currently a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, as Chairperson of the Board and member of the Audit and Risk Committee, succeeding Justin Marco Gabbani.

In addition, Chief Executive Officer Guy Cawthra has been appointed Executive Director. He will continue to lead the REIT’s strategy, portfolio management, capital deployment, acquisitions, financing and sustainability initiatives.

With these appointments, the Board now consists of Penelope Jane Ransom (Chairperson), Dr Tsui Kai Chong (Lead Independent Non-Executive Director), Lee Ai Ming, Simon John Perrott and Guy Alexander Cawthra. Committee memberships have been revised to reflect the new structure.

The Board expressed its appreciation to Justin Marco Gabbani for his four years of service.
