SUNSHINE PAPER (ASX: 02002) has issued an announcement regarding a credit facility.
On June 16, 2026, Century Sunshine, a subsidiary of the company acting as the lender, entered into a loan agreement with RFS, who acted as the borrower.
Under the terms of this agreement, Century Sunshine has consented to provide a loan amounting to 59 million yuan to RFS.
