Synertone issues profit warning: FY2026 loss projected at HK$45.00 million as revenue contracts 68.5%

Synertone Communication Corporation has warned shareholders that it expects to post a consolidated net loss of about HK$45.00 million for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, widening roughly 25.0% from the HK$36.00 million loss recorded a year earlier.

Management attributes the deeper loss primarily to two factors:

1. Revenue is projected to fall 68.5% year-on-year to approximately HK$36.80 million, down from HK$116.90 million in FY2025. 2. A fair value loss on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss is expected to reach around HK$23.70 million.

The figures are derived from unaudited consolidated management accounts and may be adjusted after the company’s auditors complete their review. Synertone plans to release its audited results on 29 June 2026.

The board advises investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the final results are published.
