Wee Hur says no binding deal for Wollstonecraft co-living site

Wee Hur Holdings Ltd. announced on May, 11 2026 that it has not entered into any legally binding agreement to acquire a co-living development site in Wollstonecraft, Australia.

The clarification responds to media reports published on May, 08 2026 by CommercialRealEstate.com.au and BTR News Australia, which suggested the group had secured or was close to securing the property.

The company stated that any potential investment remains subject to ongoing evaluations, negotiations and the signing of definitive agreements. Wee Hur added that it will issue further updates in accordance with Singapore Exchange requirements and advised shareholders to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
