The trustee for SCHOLAR EDU (01769) has acquired shares in the market on behalf of selected plan participants.
According to a company announcement, the purchase was executed on June 26, 2026. The acquisition of 483,000 shares was carried out in accordance with the rules of the share award scheme and the associated trust deed. The shares are now held in trust for the benefit of the chosen participants.
