CNBM Appoints Miao Xiaoling as Joint Company Secretary

CNBM (03323) has announced that during a board meeting held on March 30, 2026, a resolution was passed regarding the appointment of a new joint company secretary. Subject to obtaining an exemption from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited from strict compliance with Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, Ms. Miao Xiaoling has been appointed as joint company secretary of the company. Her term will commence from the date the exemption is obtained, aligning with the tenure of the fifth board of directors, and she may be reappointed in accordance with applicable regulations upon its expiration.
