Man Wah executes HK$7.41 million share buyback, cancels 2.00 million shares

Man Wah Holdings Limited on 1 June 2026 repurchased 2.00 million shares on the open market under the general mandate granted at the 30 June 2025 AGM. Purchase prices ranged between HK$3.66 and HK$3.73 per share, with total consideration of approximately HK$7.41 million before expenses.

All repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the company’s issued share capital and aiming to enhance shareholder returns. Management highlighted that operating cash flow remains “strong and healthy,” underscoring confidence in the company’s outlook.

The board may conduct additional buybacks subject to market conditions and at its discretion. Investors are advised to exercise caution when trading the company’s securities.
