Agile Group Announces Appointment of New Independent Non-Executive Director

Agile Group (03383) has announced the appointment of Mr. Lo Ka Ki as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective August 19, 2026.
Mr. Lo has also been designated as the Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Risk Management Committee, all with effect from the same date.
The board confirmed that these appointments took effect immediately upon the announcement, with Mr. Lo assuming his roles across all four committees simultaneously.
