ROKAE Robotics (03752) announced that the overall coordinators fully exercised the 15.0% over-allotment option on 5 August 2026, triggering the issuance of 3.45 million additional H shares at the IPO offer price of HK$38.00 each.

Trading of these over-allotment shares is scheduled to begin on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board at 09:00 a.m. on 10 August 2026.

Share capital will expand from 261.73 million to 265.18 million shares. Post-transaction, the structure comprises: • 11.93 million unlisted shares (4.50%) • 226.76 million H shares converted from unlisted shares (85.51%) • 26.49 million H shares issued under the Global Offering (9.99%)

Net proceeds of approximately HK$126.70 million—after deducting underwriting fees and related expenses—will be applied on a pro-rata basis according to the “Future Plans and Use of Proceeds” section of the prospectus.

The stabilization period for the IPO ended on 5 August 2026. China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited made no market purchases or sales for price stabilization; the sole action was the above-mentioned over-allocation and subsequent full exercise of the option.

Following the additional issuance, ROKAE Robotics continues to meet the public-float requirements stipulated under Rule 19A.28B(1) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
