Smart Fish Wealthlink Holdings Limited (SMART FISH) announced a revised timetable for releasing the shareholder circular related to its planned disposal of CMBC Shares.

Originally scheduled for distribution on or before 30 September 2026, the circular—covering details of the disposal and convening a special general meeting (SGM)—will now be dispatched on or before 30 November 2026. The company cited the need for additional time to finalize the information contained in the document.

The delay follows the company’s 24 July 2026 disclosure of its intention to sell certain CMBC Shares held by the group. No further changes to the terms of the disposal were reported in the latest filing.

The board of SMART FISH currently comprises five executive directors—Chairman Chen Changjiong, Vice Chairman Chen Xiaodong, Yu Qingrui, Wang Jinsong and Pang Min Quan—and three independent non-executive directors: Chan Ngai Fan, Wu Ming and Li Meifeng.

The company plans to issue the comprehensive circular, including the SGM notice, by the new 30 November 2026 deadline.
