Chengdu Expressway Co., Ltd. (CHENGDU EXPWAY) reported no changes in its share structure for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to the Monthly Return for Equity Issuer filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 May 2026.

• Public Float – The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public float requirement for its H shares as at 30 April 2026.

Overall, CHENGDU EXPWAY’s share base and capital structure remained stable throughout April, with full adherence to Hong Kong listing regulations.
