Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. repurchased 48,000 H shares on 2 April 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 23.44 to HKD 23.92, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 23.63 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.13 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.014 % to 328.70 million shares. Treasury shares increased to 7.65 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 336.35 million shares, as no shares have yet been cancelled.
The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 30 May 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 31.96 million shares. Including the latest tranche, Zylox-Tonbridge has repurchased 4.83 million shares under this mandate, representing 1.47 % of the company’s issued shares at the date of approval. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales remains in effect until 2 May 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
