Yeebo Grants 1.60 Million Share Options at HK$4.10; 66.53 Million Shares Remain Available under Scheme

On 20 May 2026, Yeebo (International Holdings) Limited (“Yeebo”) granted 1.60 million share options to a senior employee under its Share Option Scheme approved on 16 August 2024. Each option entitles the holder to subscribe for one ordinary share at an exercise price of HK$4.10, the highest of (i) the 20 May 2026 closing price of HK$4.06, (ii) the five-day average closing price of HK$4.10, and (iii) the HK$0.20 nominal value. All options expire on 19 May 2036.

The award vests in five tranches: 11% from 20 May 2027, 22% from 20 May 2028, 33% from 20 May 2029, 22% from 20 May 2030, and the remaining 12% from 20 May 2031, with each tranche exercisable until expiry. No performance targets are attached; however, a clawback mechanism applies in cases such as misconduct leading to summary dismissal. The company will not provide financial assistance for share subscriptions.

Post-grant, 66.53 million shares remain available for future awards under the scheme mandate.
