Tosei Group on Jun, 05 2026 released its “ESG Report 2025”, covering the period from Dec, 01 2024 to Nov, 30 2025, detailing new environmental, social and governance milestones and targets.

The company reiterated its long-term objective of achieving net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions by FY2050 and set a medium-term goal to halve these emissions by FY2030 from an FY2022 baseline. Actual FY2025 Scope 1 and 2 emissions totalled 2,507 t-CO2, a 33.5% reduction against the FY2022 base year.

Tosei reported the following FY2025 environmental metrics: energy-use intensity of 0.033 kl of crude-oil equivalent per square metre, water-withdrawal intensity of 2.06 m³ per square metre, and waste-discharge intensity of 6.02 kg per square metre. Environmental real-estate certifications now cover 57% of the firm’s eligible floor area, up from 53% the previous year.

On social indicators, the paid-leave utilisation rate reached 66.7%, while all eligible male and female employees took childcare leave. Women accounted for 4.9% of managers, and overall job satisfaction measured 69.0%. The company recorded no labour-standards violations or occupational accidents during the year.

Governance data show a nine-member board comprising eight men and one woman; three directors are independent. No fines or penalties related to environmental or corruption issues were incurred in FY2025.

Tosei said its Sustainability Committee will continue to monitor progress toward the 2030 and 2050 goals and integrate ESG considerations into all six of the group’s business segments.
