Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd. (PSBC) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, indicating unchanged share capital and continued adherence to Hong Kong public-float requirements.

Public Float Status PSBC confirmed that its listed H shares met the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum public-float threshold of 5% of total issued H shares as of 31 July 2026.

Capital Instruments The return reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments.

Administrative Details The disclosure was signed by Joint Company Secretary Du Chunye and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 August 2026.
