ContiOcean Receives HKEX Approval to Convert 30.00 Million Domestic Shares to H Shares

ContiOcean Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. announced that Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited has approved the listing and dealing in 30.00 million converted H shares, completing the company’s full-circulation initiative.

Before the transaction, ContiOcean’s share capital consisted of 30.00 million domestic shares (75.00%) and 10.00 million H shares (25.00%). Upon completion, the company will have 40.00 million H shares outstanding, representing 100.00% of its issued share capital, while domestic shares will be reduced to zero.

Five existing domestic shareholders will participate in the conversion: • Zhou Yang: 9.79 million H shares, or 24.47% of total issued shares • Zhao Mingzhu: 8.16 million H shares, or 20.39% • Chen Zhiyuan: 8.16 million H shares, or 20.39% • ContiOcean Corporate Development LLP: 2.40 million H shares, or 6.00% • Shu Wa Tung, Laurence: 1.50 million H shares, or 3.75%
