Lesi Group Limited (LESI) reported that every resolution tabled at its Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2026 passed with unanimous shareholder approval.
The poll, overseen by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, recorded 363.75 million votes cast—representing 72.75% of the company’s 500.00 million issued shares—with 100% of votes in favour and none against across all items.
Key resolutions endorsed: • Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, together with the Directors’ and Independent Auditor’s reports. • Re-election of executive directors Mr. Zhao Libing and Mr. Nie Jiang, and independent non-executive director Ms. Zheng Hong. • Authorisation for the Board to set directors’ remuneration for the 2026 financial year. • Re-appointment of KPMG as external auditor, with Board authority to determine its fees. • Granting of general mandates to the Board for share issuance, share repurchase, and an extension mandate combining both authorities.
All directors were present at the meeting. Mr. Zhao Libing, Chairman and Executive Director, confirmed the resolutions’ passage on behalf of the Board.
