Leoch International repurchases additional 100,000 shares; cumulative 600,000 bought back under 2026 mandate

Leoch International Technology Limited reported a repurchase of 100,000 ordinary shares on 5 June 2026 at HKD 1.13 per share through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction cost HKD 113,000.

Including repurchases on 3 June (396,000 shares at HKD 1.0587) and 4 June (104,000 shares at HKD 1.10), the company has bought back a total of 600,000 shares since the 2026 annual general meeting. All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation.

The 600,000 shares represent 0.42 % of the 144.24 million shares authorised for buyback under the mandate granted on 15 May 2026.

Share capital remains at 1,442.39 million issued shares before cancellation of the repurchased stock. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in effect until 5 July 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
