China Medical System Holdings posts July 2026 monthly return with no changes in share capital

China Medical System Holdings has filed its monthly return for the period ended Jul, 31 2026, confirming that its authorised share capital remained at 20.0 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.005 each.

The company reported no movements in its issued shares or treasury shares during the month. Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) stood at 2,433,131,512, while treasury shares were unchanged at 6,397,000, leaving the total issued share count at 2,439,528,512.

The board also confirmed that the firm continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares.

No new share options, warrants, convertibles or other share-linked instruments were issued, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts activities in July.

The monthly return was submitted on Aug, 03 2026 by company secretary Wu Sanyan.
