STAR CM Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 234,400 ordinary shares on 23 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase was executed within a price range of HKD 0.75–0.82 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.18 million, translating into an average cost of approximately HKD 0.77 per share.
Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 398.11 million, down 0.06 % from the previous day’s 398.34 million. • Treasury shares increased from 194,600 to 429,000, equivalent to about 0.11 % of total issued shares (398.54 million). • The overall issued share count remains unchanged at 398.54 million, as the repurchased shares are held in treasury and not yet cancelled.
The purchases form part of the repurchase mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 39.85 million shares. To date, STAR CM has repurchased 361,700 shares under this mandate, representing 0.09 % of the company’s issued shares at mandate approval.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, STAR CM is subject to a 30-day moratorium—expiring on 23 July 2026—during which it cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares without prior Stock Exchange approval.
