GSH Corporation launches new commercial paper issues on SDAX

GSH Corporation Limited announced on Jun, 4 2026 that it has launched five new commercial paper issues on the SDAX Exchange under its SDAX CP Facility Programme.

The offerings comprise:

• GSH_D009_3/SGD, a 91-day note carrying a 3.80% annual interest rate and a minimum subscription of 10 million Singapore dollars.

• GSH_D009_6/SGD, a 182-day note carrying a 4.15% annual interest rate and a minimum subscription of 10 million Singapore dollars.

• GSH_D005_12/SGD, a 364-day note carrying a 4.45% annual interest rate and a minimum subscription of 10 million Singapore dollars.

• GSH_D009B_6/SGD, a 182-day note carrying a 5.00% annual interest rate and a minimum subscription of 1 million Singapore dollars.

• GSH_D005B_12/SGD, a 364-day note carrying a 5.00% annual interest rate and a minimum subscription of 1 million Singapore dollars.

The company expects to raise a minimum aggregate amount of 66 million Singapore dollars, subject to adjustment at the board’s discretion.

GSH Corporation stated that it will provide further updates on any material developments related to the SDAX CP Facility Programme and these issues.
