Fujing Holdings Co., Limited confirmed that its engagement of Grande Capital Limited as compliance adviser formally expired on 22 June 2026. Grande Capital had served in this capacity since the company’s Main Board listing on 28 March 2024, covering the period up to and including the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
