Tan Chong International updates board roles and committee memberships

Tan Chong International Limited announced on May, 22 2026 an updated list of its directors and their respective roles within the company.

The board now comprises Executive Directors Tan Eng Soon (Chairman), Glenn Tan Chun Hong (Deputy Chairman and Managing Director), Tan Kheng Leong, Sng Chiew Huat (Finance Director), Gillian Tan Tsui Lyn and Lee Chow Yoke, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Ng Kim Tuck, Prechaya Ebrahim and Charles Tseng Chia Chun (Deputy Chairman).

The company also detailed current memberships of its three board committees. Ng Kim Tuck chairs the Audit Committee, with Charles Tseng Chia Chun and Prechaya Ebrahim serving as members. Charles Tseng Chia Chun chairs both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees, where Prechaya Ebrahim sits as a member; Gillian Tan Tsui Lyn is also a member of the Nomination Committee.
