AK Medical repurchases additional 1.01 million shares; cumulative buyback reaches 6.58 million

AK Medical Holdings Limited disclosed that on 6 May 2026 it bought back 1.01 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 6.22 and HKD 6.23 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 6.26 million.

Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 6.58 million shares under the mandate approved on 18 June 2025, representing 5.86% of the issued share capital on the mandate date. All repurchased shares are pending cancellation; therefore, the issued share count remains unchanged at 1,123.92 million shares as of 6 May 2026.

The mandate allows for the repurchase of up to 112.27 million shares. Following the 30-day moratorium rule, AK Medical is restricted from issuing new shares until 5 June 2026.
