GREAT EAGLE H (00041) reported its full-year results for the 2025 fiscal year. Under statutory accounting standards, the Group recorded consolidated total revenue of HK$19.66 billion, representing an increase of 80.71% year-on-year. A statutory loss attributable to equity holders was HK$1.65 billion, narrowing by 4.61% compared to the previous year. The Group proposed a final dividend of 70 HK cents per share.

During the reporting period, the Group completed the "LANDSWICK" project and obtained the certificate of compliance in May 2025. Delivery of pre-sold units to buyers commenced in June 2025, with a total of 704 units delivered by the end of 2025 (709 units were sold). Construction is ongoing for two joint venture projects in Kai Tak and Ma Tau Chung.

Furthermore, in January 2026, the Group participated in another joint venture project for a residential site in the Choi Hung District, which was acquired through a government public tender. Additionally, within the year, the Group acquired over 100 residential units in prime locations from both the primary and secondary residential property markets, adding to its residential property portfolio. The Group also purchased one floor of a Grade A office building in Central's core business district before the reporting date, and acquired another floor in a premium office building in Admiralty in February 2026. The Group intends to hold these properties for long-term investment.

Regarding the hotel business, the mid-scale brand Ying'nFlo opened three new hotels during the year in Hangzhou, Wuhan, and Nanjing, which were well-received by the market. The launch of Ying'nFlo marks a significant milestone for the Group's entry into the mid-scale hotel market segment in Mainland China.

The Group's core profit attributable to equity holders for the year was HK$2.08 billion, a 33.7% increase compared to last year's figure of HK$1.55 billion. Meanwhile, the Group's statutory performance, which includes fair value changes of investment properties and financial assets, recorded a loss attributable to equity holders of HK$1.65 billion (2024: loss of HK$1.73 billion).

During the reporting period, despite the delivery of pre-sold units and recognition of sales revenue from the "LANDSWICK" project, revenue from property sales decreased by 14.3% to HK$513.6 million (2024: HK$599 million). This was mainly due to a lower gross profit margin from the "LANDSWICK" project compared to the "LAVENDER" project.
