Migao Group Releases 2025/2026 ESG Report: 6.18 Billion-Revenue Year, Emissions Down 13.09 %

Migao Group (09879) published its 2025/2026 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, disclosing key operating and sustainability metrics for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

Financial & Strategy Highlights • Revenue reached RMB 6.18 billion. • Listed on the Hong Kong Main Board in March 2024; over-allotment option exercised in April 2024 to expand share base. • Five production facilities on the Mainland and one under relocation in Chengdu; additional capacity under construction in Heilongjiang and Vietnam, plus new entities registered in Dubai to accelerate overseas expansion.

Environmental Performance • Total energy consumption fell 15.00 % to 138,407.80 MWh; coal accounted for 1.6 % of the mix. • Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions dropped 13.09 % to 33,135.69 tCO₂e. • Hazardous waste generation totalled 3.16 t, all handled by qualified third parties; non-hazardous waste 102.40 t. • No major environmental incidents or non-compliance cases were recorded. • All five principal subsidiaries hold ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications; five are also ISO 9001-certified.

Climate Governance • Board-led ESG structure supported by an ESG Committee and execution teams. • Risk mapping conducted under IPCC/NGFS scenarios; acute risks (typhoons, floods, cold waves) and transition risks (energy price volatility, disclosure requirements) evaluated across short-, medium- and long-term horizons. • Scenario analysis guides capital allocation for energy-efficiency upgrades, green energy substitution and emergency-response investment.

Social Metrics • Full-time headcount: 414 (67 % male, 33 % female); overall turnover rate 7.97 %. • Training: 57 sessions, 324 employees trained, averaging 10.96 hours per person. • Work safety: zero fatalities; five injuries led to 152 lost workdays. • Donations and community spending: RMB 1.03 million; 45 volunteer-service hours logged.

Supply-Chain Oversight • 110 key suppliers (106 Mainland, 4 overseas) underwent admission vetting and annual reviews covering quality, delivery, environmental and safety criteria. • Whistle-blowing and complaint mechanisms extended to external partners; no corruption cases or whistle-blower reprisals reported during the year.

Governance Updates • Board diversified across manufacturing, finance and technology backgrounds; Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees in place. • Group-wide corruption, bribery, fraud and money-laundering policy implemented; no concluded litigation or regulatory penalties recorded.

R&D & Innovation • Annual R&D outlay reached RMB 35.67 million, backed by a 70-plus-member expert team; 13 provincial and municipal projects in progress, including biochar-based potassium fertiliser for flue-cured tobacco.

The report reiterates Migao Group’s commitment to “innovation, green development and excellence”, targeting continuous efficiency gains, cleaner production and stronger stakeholder engagement in the coming fiscal year.
