Social Metrics • Full-time headcount: 414 (67 % male, 33 % female); overall turnover rate 7.97 %. • Training: 57 sessions, 324 employees trained, averaging 10.96 hours per person. • Work safety: zero fatalities; five injuries led to 152 lost workdays. • Donations and community spending: RMB 1.03 million; 45 volunteer-service hours logged.
Supply-Chain Oversight • 110 key suppliers (106 Mainland, 4 overseas) underwent admission vetting and annual reviews covering quality, delivery, environmental and safety criteria. • Whistle-blowing and complaint mechanisms extended to external partners; no corruption cases or whistle-blower reprisals reported during the year.
Governance Updates • Board diversified across manufacturing, finance and technology backgrounds; Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees in place. • Group-wide corruption, bribery, fraud and money-laundering policy implemented; no concluded litigation or regulatory penalties recorded.
R&D & Innovation • Annual R&D outlay reached RMB 35.67 million, backed by a 70-plus-member expert team; 13 provincial and municipal projects in progress, including biochar-based potassium fertiliser for flue-cured tobacco.
