Quantgroup Holding Limited (Quantgroup) announced on 4 June 2026 that all controlling shareholders have voluntarily extended their share lock-up period by two additional months, shifting the end date from 26 January 2027 to 26 March 2027.
The extension covers 195.99 million shares—equivalent to approximately 38.05% of Quantgroup’s total issued share capital—defined in the prospectus as “Relevant Securities.” During the revised lock-up window, the controlling shareholders remain restricted from selling, pledging, or otherwise transferring these shares and related securities without prior written consent from the joint sponsors and overall coordinators, except under limited circumstances specified at listing.
Quantgroup stated that the move underscores the controlling shareholders’ confidence in the company’s long-term value and commitment to its ongoing sustainable development. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
The board is chaired by Dr. Zhou Hao, who is also an executive director, with four additional executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
