Shangri-La Asia issues 5.59 million new shares under employee scheme

Shangri-La Asia Limited reported in its Monthly Return filed on Jul, 07 2026 that it issued 5.59 million new ordinary shares in Jun, 30 2026 under its 2025 Share Scheme, lifting total shares in issue to 3.591 billion.

The company’s authorised share capital was unchanged at 5 billion ordinary shares with a par value of 1 Hong Kong dollar each. The latest allotment did not involve any treasury shares, and the firm confirmed continued compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement.

During the month, 472,200 share options lapsed, leaving 16.47 million options outstanding under the 2025 Share Scheme. Shangri-La Asia stated that all necessary approvals and regulatory requirements for the share issuance have been met.
