Kingdee Int’l Buys Back 2.00 Million Shares at up to HK$7.50; Cumulative 2025/26 Repurchases Reach 21.99 Million Shares

Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited (Kingdee Int’l) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return after purchasing 2.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 26 May 2026. The buy-back was executed on-market at prices between HK$7.45 and HK$7.50, costing HK$14.97 million in aggregate and representing 0.06% of the company’s 3.55 billion issued shares.

Including this latest transaction, Kingdee Int’l has repurchased 21.99 million shares since the current 10% general mandate was approved on 22 May 2025. The cumulative volume equals 0.62% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date. All repurchased shares remain uncancelled as of 26 May 2026.

Based on the disclosed daily consideration, the 21.99 million shares were acquired for a total of approximately HK$189.21 million, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of about HK$8.61 per share. Individual purchase prices ranged from HK$7.48 to HK$11.06.

Following the latest transaction, Kingdee Int’l’s issued share capital stands unchanged at 3,549.47 million shares. The company is still authorised to repurchase up to 354.95 million shares under the existing mandate, leaving a remaining capacity of roughly 332.96 million shares. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 25 June 2026.
