ZJ Innolight (3308.HK), a leading A-share optical module manufacturer, has seen overwhelming demand for its Hong Kong IPO. Bloomberg reported, citing sources, that due to institutional subscription demand reaching several times the offering size, the company has decided to move up the international bookbuilding deadline to 5:00 PM today (July 24), one working day earlier than the originally scheduled July 27 (next Monday).
Since the bookbuilding opened on Wednesday (July 22), global long-term funds, sovereign wealth funds, and Chinese institutions have actively subscribed, achieving full coverage on the first day.
This IPO involves the global sale of 54.5 million H-shares, with a maximum offer price of HK$1,010 per share. Each board lot comprises 50 shares, requiring a minimum investment of HK$51,009.29. The base fundraising amount is approximately HK$55.045 billion. If the 15% over-allotment option is fully exercised, the total fundraising scale could reach HK$63.302 billion, which would be the largest IPO in Hong Kong since Alibaba's secondary listing in 2019.
ZJ Innolight has secured 33 cornerstone investors, including Temasek, the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Hillhouse, BlackRock, Alibaba, and Tencent. The Hong Kong public offering portion remains scheduled to close on July 27, with pricing expected on July 28 and listing on July 30.
ZJ Innolight is the world's largest optical interconnect solution provider, holding a 21.2% market share in 2025. It is deeply tied to Nvidia and the four major North American cloud vendors, with AI-driven demand for computing power consistently fueling strong earnings growth.
