ELL ENV postpones AGM to 25 June 2026 following black-rainstorm warning

ELL Environmental Holdings Limited (ELL ENV) has rescheduled its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) due to a black-rainstorm warning and related extreme weather conditions.

The AGM, initially set for 3:00 p.m. on 18 June 2026 at Unit 2304, 23/F, Westlands Centre, 20 Westlands Road, Hong Kong, will now take place at the same venue on 25 June 2026 at 3:30 p.m.

Key arrangements: • Venue, meeting agenda and shareholder eligibility remain unchanged. • The previously announced book-closure period for determining shareholders’ right to attend, speak and vote is unaffected. • Proxy forms dispatched on 24 April 2026 remain valid for the postponed AGM. Shareholders who have not yet submitted proxies must do so at least 48 hours before the rescheduled start time. • If a shareholder submits a new proxy form, it will supersede any earlier submission.

The board, chaired by Mr. Chau On Ta Yuen and led by CEO Mr. Chan Kwan, confirmed that all other details set out in the original AGM notice and circular are unchanged.
