IMPACT Therapeutics, Inc. issued a profit alert for the six months ended 30 June 2026, projecting a sharp top-line expansion and a materially reduced loss versus the prior-year period.

Revenue is expected to rise to approximately RMB 94.70 million–115.70 million, up 276%–359% from RMB 25.20 million in the first half of 2025. Management attributes the growth chiefly to accelerated commercial uptake of senaparib after its inclusion in China’s National Reimbursement Drug List in early 2026, as well as milestone income linked to IMP1734’s advancement into Phase II under the licensing agreement with Eikon Therapeutics.

The interim loss is forecast at RMB 81.70 million–99.90 million, improving 22%–37% from the RMB 128.70 million loss recorded a year earlier. Besides higher revenue, the company cites lower interest expenses following the one-off termination of redemption liabilities on ordinary shares as a key factor narrowing the deficit.

Figures are based on the group’s unaudited management accounts; full interim results are scheduled for release in August 2026. Shareholders and prospective investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
