Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 15,000 ordinary shares on Apr, 1 2026 at an average price of US$74.4545 per share.
The shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 293,132,530 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
Shareholders may use the updated share count to assess disclosure obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
