Here Group Limited's stock plummeted 5.06% during intraday trading on Friday, following the release of its third-quarter financial results for fiscal year 2026.
The company reported a widening net loss of RMB 34.1 million (US$4.9 million) for the quarter, compared to RMB 25.4 million in the previous quarter. Revenue declined to RMB 164.7 million from RMB 177.3 million in Q2, which the company attributed to a slower product launch cadence and disruptions from the Chinese New Year holidays that reduced working days and constrained supply chain capabilities.
Investors reacted negatively to the company's significant downward revision of its full-year revenue guidance. Here Group now expects FY2026 revenue in the range of RMB 600.0 million to RMB 610.0 million, a substantial cut from the previously announced range of RMB 750.0 million to RMB 800.0 million. The company also provided a weak Q4 outlook of RMB 130.0 million to RMB 140.0 million in revenue. Despite announcing a new US$20 million share repurchase program, the negative earnings results and guidance revision drove the stock lower.
