JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd completed an on-market buyback of 102,000 ordinary shares on 17 April 2026, paying between HKD 29.18 and HKD 29.60 per share for a total consideration of approximately HKD 2.99 million. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 29.38 per share.
Following the transaction, the company’s treasury stock increased to about 1.12 million shares, while the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined to 467.23 million. The reduction represents 0.02% of the pre-repurchase share count. Total issued shares, including treasury shares, remain at 468.36 million.
The buyback forms part of the mandate granted on 20 June 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 44.84 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 1.12 million shares, equivalent to 0.25% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.
Management confirmed that all repurchase procedures complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules and relevant legal requirements. Under listing regulations, JF SmartInvest is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 17 May 2026.
