ContiOcean Receives CSRC Filing Notice for Conversion of 30 Million Domestic Shares to H Shares

ContiOcean Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. announced that it has obtained a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) approving the full-circulation conversion of 30.00 million domestic shares into H shares.

The CSRC notice, issued on 27 April 2026, grants a 12-month validity period for completing the conversion and subsequent listing. ContiOcean plans to submit an application to the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for approval to list and deal in the newly converted H shares.

Specific implementation details for the conversion and listing have not yet been finalized. The company stated that additional updates will be released in accordance with Hong Kong’s Inside Information Provisions and relevant Listing Rules.

Completion of the conversion remains subject to procedures required by the Stock Exchange and other regulatory authorities. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in ContiOcean securities.
