Homeland Interactive Executes HKD 0.18 Million Share Buyback, Issued Shares Edge Down 0.01%

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (HOMELAND ITL) disclosed that it repurchased 156,000 ordinary shares on 17 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices ranging from HKD 1.14 to HKD 1.19 per share, representing a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.16103. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 0.18 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.01236% to 1.26 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 21.14 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.28 billion.

The buyback was conducted under the general mandate granted on 12 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 127.45 million shares. To date, 12.25 million shares—equivalent to 0.96% of the issued share count at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority. A moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares is in effect until 16 August 2026.
