Bank of Gansu to Distribute RMB 1.18 per 10 Shares Final Dividend for FY2025; Ex-Dividend Set for 13 July 2026

Bank of Gansu Co., Ltd. has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 1.18 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The payout was approved by shareholders on 30 June 2026 and will be made in Hong Kong dollars, with the exact HKD amount and exchange rate to be announced closer to the payment date.

Key timeline: • Ex-dividend date: 13 July 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 14 July 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 15–20 July 2026 • Record date: 20 July 2026 • Payment date: 28 August 2026

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will handle share registration during the book-closure period.

Withholding tax: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax will be withheld. • Non-resident individual shareholders: tax will be withheld at 10% or 20%, depending on the applicable tax treaty between the shareholder’s jurisdiction and the PRC.
