Consortium Led by Nanjing Wondux Environmental Protection Technology Wins 302 Million Yuan EPC+O Industrial Wastewater Resource Utilization Project

Nanjing Wondux Environmental Protection Technology Corp., Ltd. (688178.SH) announced it has received a notice of award for the Guzhen County Economic Development Zone Industrial Wastewater Resource Utilization EPC+O project. The company, in a consortium with China Municipal Engineering Northwest Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., was selected as the winning bidder by the tenderers, Anhui Guzhen Economic Development Zone Management Committee and Guzhen County Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. The total contract value is approximately 302 million yuan, which includes construction engineering costs of about 174 million yuan, survey and design fees of 3.8436 million yuan, and operation expenses of about 125 million yuan. The formal contract has not yet been signed. If the project proceeds with the official contract and is successfully implemented, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's business development and operating performance during the project execution period.
