Primo Brands Corp's stock surged 6.01% during Thursday's pre-market session, following the release of its first-quarter financial results and updated annual guidance.

The beverage company reported quarterly sales of $1.626 billion, exceeding analyst estimates of $1.578 billion. While adjusted earnings per share of $0.23 slightly missed expectations, investors focused on the company's decision to raise its full-year 2026 organic net sales growth outlook to a range of 1% to 3%, up from its previous guidance of 0% to 1%.

Management cited a strong start to the year with momentum across the business, particularly in retail channels led by premium brands and continued improvement in direct delivery. The raised sales forecast provided a positive signal about the company's trajectory, outweighing concerns about cost pressures that impacted margins during the quarter.
