Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited has applied to shift its listing from the Catalist Board to the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), filing its application on May, 26 2026.
The company’s board said the move would better reflect its current scale and growth trajectory. It noted that the group’s order book stood at about 1.1 billion Singapore dollars across its Engineering and Construction and Bio-Refinery and Renewable Energy segments as of Dec, 31 2025.
Management expects a Mainboard listing to raise the firm’s profile, broaden its investor base, improve liquidity, attract more analyst coverage, and enhance access to future fundraising opportunities.
The transfer is contingent on in-principle approval from the SGX, the company meeting Mainboard admission requirements, and shareholder approval via a special resolution at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting.
Koh Brothers Eco Engineering cautioned investors that there is no certainty the transfer will proceed and advised shareholders to exercise care when dealing in its shares until further announcements are made.
