LX Technology executes HK$2.67 million on-market buyback, trimming free float

LX Technology Group Limited disclosed that it repurchased 117,000 ordinary shares on 22 May 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details – Volume: 117,000 shares, equivalent to 0.0333 % of the company’s outstanding shares before the transaction. – Price range: HK$22.54 – HK$22.90 per share; volume-weighted average price: HK$22.8335. – Total consideration: HK$2.67 million.

• Share capital impact – Outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 351.53 million to 351.41 million. – Treasury share balance rose from 1.73 million to 1.85 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 353.26 million.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation – Shareholders authorised the buyback mandate on 6 June 2025, allowing the company to repurchase up to 35.33 million shares. – Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 1.85 million shares, representing 0.52 % of the share capital at the mandate date.

• Compliance and moratorium – The company confirmed the repurchase complied with Main Board Listing Rules. – A moratorium prohibits new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 21 June 2026.

The latest buyback underscores LX Technology’s ongoing utilisation of its authorised repurchase capacity, marginally reducing the free float and modestly increasing treasury holdings.
