NANHUA FUTURES (02691) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The group recorded operating revenue of 13.88 billion yuan, representing an increase of 2.41% compared to the previous year. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 486 million yuan, up 6.2% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share stood at 0.8 yuan. Amid an external environment filled with uncertainties, NANHUA FUTURES has strategically planned its development with a global perspective, strengthened its foundation through professional capabilities, and driven upgrades via technological innovation, promoting coordinated growth of its domestic and international operations. By the end of December 2025, the company's domestic client equity scale reached 38.982 billion yuan, while net equity from overseas clients amounted to 23.306 billion Hong Kong dollars, highlighting the gradual emergence of a dual-engine growth model spanning both domestic and international markets.
