Xi’an Kingfar Property Services Co., Ltd. reported no changes in either its H-share or domestic share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 October 2026.

Total issued share capital remained at 66.67 million shares, split between 16.67 million H-shares listed in Hong Kong and 50.00 million unlisted domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. The company neither issued new shares nor held any treasury shares during the period.
