GREENTOWN CHINA Announces Issuance of USD 300 Million 7% Senior Notes Due 2029

GREENTOWN CHINA (03900) has announced that on May 12, 2026, the company, its subsidiary guarantors, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Guotai Junan International, J.P. Morgan, Soochow Securities (Hong Kong), and UBS entered into a subscription agreement for the issuance and sale of USD 300 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior notes due 2029.

The total proceeds from the notes issuance will be approximately USD 296 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds (after deducting the subscription discount, commissions, and other estimated expenses related to the notes issuance) for the refinancing of existing debt. The notes issuance is expected to be completed on May 19, 2026.
