A-LIVING Announces Co-Chairman Chan Cheuk Hung to Step Down in May 2026

A-LIVING reported that Executive Director and Co-Chairman Chan Cheuk Hung will resign from the Board, the co-chairmanship, and the risk management committee effective 28 May 2026. Chan cited reaching retirement age and a desire to reduce workload to focus on other commitments.

The company confirmed that Chan has no disagreement with the Board and that no matters require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention. Consequently, Chan will not seek re-election at the 2025 annual general meeting.

As of this announcement dated 24 April 2026, the Board comprises eight members: Executive Directors Chan Cheuk Hung, Wang Haiyang, Li Dalong, Chen Siyang, and Zhao Yu, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Wang Gonghu, Weng Guoqiang, and Li Jiahe.

The Board expressed sincere gratitude for Chan’s contributions during his tenure.
